Phi Beta Euro works with Universities to develop customized internship programs in most European countries. Similar to the design and development process applied to short courses, we work closely with the faculty members to create an internship program for students that will provide exactly the right workplace experience.
Internships vary greatly in key areas, such as; amount of academic credit and placement duration.
Academic accredited internships
Internships can be designed to earn a student academic credit or be structured as a non-credit internship. For internships that earn academic credit, each home University works with Phi Beta Euro to ensure the academic merit of the internship program has been met. In some cases, the home University will send a faculty advisor to mentor the students and monitor their progress in the workplace during the period of the internship.
Placement Duration
Each University has different semester structures. Phi Beta Euro will work with the University to build the best possible internship for your students. Whether this is as short as six weeks or as long as six months.
